Fair questions, straight answers

Do I have to stop selling on eBay or Amazon?
No — that is the point. Your marketplace listings carry on exactly as they are. SleepEarn gives you your own site alongside them, so repeat buyers and Google searches come to you instead of the marketplace.
Who takes the money when someone buys from my site?
You do. Checkout runs through your own Stripe, Mollie or PayPal account, so payments land directly in your bank. We charge the monthly subscription and nothing per order.
Is it really one step?
Claiming your site is: pick a name, confirm your email, and it is live at yourname.sleepearn.uk with hosting, HTTPS and a themed template. Adding products is up to you — dashboard, spreadsheet, or the eBay import when it arrives.
Can I use my own domain name?
Not yet. Every shop today lives at yourname.sleepearn.uk. Custom domains are on the list, and we will not charge extra for them when they land.
When are eBay import and stock sync coming?
They are the next phase, starting with eBay. Until then you can add products by spreadsheet, which most sellers can export from the tools they already use.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Export your products to a spreadsheet any time — the file carries your web addresses, so it imports cleanly anywhere, including back here. Nothing is deleted when a subscription lapses.
